Written for the SGA_Flashfic prompt "Villains." Potential spoilers for "Irresponsible" (03x13).
For as long as anyone can remember, the Genii have lived underground.

This series began with a one-shot, and blossomed into a full universe of its own. Due to the increasing complexity of the timeline and relationships, I have now moved all links for stories in the series to the chrono page. Series pairings include Beckett/Dahlia Radim, Heightmeyer/OMC, Ladon Radim/Weir, Lorne/Novak, McKay/Sheppard, Miko/OMC, and Zelenka/OFC.

This universe spins off from canon as of "The Return Part 2" (03x11), and heads straight on 'til morning. It looks at an Alliance of desperation, an Atlantis that is independent out of necessity rather than choice, and both the people who live there and those left behind on Earth.

This has been coined an 'Alternate Future' by Cupidsbow, and the shoe fits. Follow Atlantis through roughly 25 years of change and growth. It was written during the hiatus between Seasons 2 &3, and while Intersections (the final installment) is still in-progress, the universe itself will not be modified to reflect any changes or revelations of Season 3 changes. It is what it is.
