Aliens Made Them Do It. No, Really. (3,070 Words)
December 03, 2006
Written for the Under Mistletoe 2006 ficathon, to the prompt "Romantic Movie, Sabrina"
Truth. Right. ‘Gee, Rodney, my 2IC punched me out because I was molesting one of the redheads on your staff. Don’t get mad, even though you think I have a thing for redheads because of the Ancient-we-may-never-name, because it wasn’t my fault. Aliens made us do it.’ Yeah, that didn’t even sound plausible in his head. Lorne/Novak, Sheppard/McKay, Sheppard/Novak.

Bridges (28,443 Words & Growing).
This series began with a one-shot, and blossomed into a full universe of its own. Due to the increasing complexity of the timeline and relationships, I have now moved all links for stories in the series to the chrono page. Series pairings include Beckett/Dahlia Radim, Heightmeyer/OMC, Ladon Radim/Weir, Lorne/Novak, McKay/Sheppard, Miko/OMC, and Zelenka/OFC.

This universe spins off from canon as of "The Return Part 2" (03x11), and heads straight on 'til morning. It looks at an Alliance of desperation, an Atlantis that is independent out of necessity rather than choice, and both the people who live there and those left behind on Earth.

Ripples

This has been coined an 'Alternate Future' by Cupidsbow, and the shoe fits. Follow Atlantis through roughly 25 years of change and growth. It was written during the hiatus between Seasons 2 &3, and while Intersections (the final installment) is still in-progress, the universe itself will not be modified to reflect any changes or revelations of Season 3 changes. It is what it is.
